Science and Technology Policy Asian Network (STEPAN)
was established in 1988 in response to urgent needs for the development
of science and technology among developing countries in Asia. Major

And, as a network of researchers and institutions in Asia-Pacific
region, it plays an active role to provide research and training support
for national S&T policy and management programs.
